Our Story
This place was born from a passion for hospitality and the need to create a space where everyone can feel at ease – just like at home. The owner is Klaudia Kańduła, a Silesian from Orzesze, who has been welcoming guests with a smile and taking care of every detail for over twenty years. She always says that the most important thing is to welcome people the way you would want to be welcomed yourself.
However, she doesn't work alone. She is supported by her mother, also from Silesia – warm and helpful, always ready to greet guests and bring a touch of homey warmth. Her husband, Grzegorz, is responsible for the technical side of the entire facility – our family's "technology wizard." He is behind the automatic check-in, door code systems, and the website. And if something doesn't work – well, we all know who to call 😉.
The building itself has a long history. Fiat 126p cars were once repaired in the courtyard, a tailor worked in the basement, and the family elders lived on the ground floor. In the 1980s, students coming to Poznan stayed in the attic. Today, the house has undergone a metamorphosis, but the family spirit and warmth have remained the same.
Located in the heart of Poznan's Jeżyce, right next to Adam Mickiewicz University, hospitals, and the Poznan International Fair – this house is a perfect combination of tradition, modernity, and family hospitality.
This is a story about people who like people – and about a place that was born from the heart.
