What is the difference between 'Booking with payment' and 'Booking with payment on arrival'?
Booking with payment automatically confirms your reservation and gives you full flexibility during check-in – the access code and all necessary information will be sent only on the day of arrival, once the room is ready (no later than 1:00 PM). Booking with payment on arrival does not require a deposit, but we appreciate additional confirmation contact – you pay for your stay on site.
Why choose 'Booking with payment'?
It confirms your reliability for us and allows flexible self check-in from 1:00 PM to midnight without waiting for reception. Immediately after payment, our system automatically confirms your reservation. The access code and check-in details will be sent exclusively on the day of arrival.
Do I have to pay in advance with 'Booking with payment on arrival'?
No, we do not require any advance payment. You pay for your stay after arrival. However, we kindly ask you to confirm your estimated arrival time by 12:00 PM on the day of arrival – this helps us organize our work more efficiently. Please note that the access code will be sent only on the day of arrival, once the room is ready.
How can I cancel a 'Booking with payment'?
If you need to cancel your stay, please contact us no later than one day before the planned check-in date at +48 661 257 247. We offer a refund in an agreed form or a free change of reservation date.
Does the type of booking affect late arrival after 9:00 PM?
For both booking types, arrival after 9:00 PM requires prior phone contact. In such cases, we apply a procedure similar to '100% prepaid booking': after payment via BLIK to +48 661 257 247, you will immediately receive an SMS with the access code and parking gate instructions. In standard cases, the access code is sent only on the day of arrival once the room is ready.
