Reservations and Payments
Is the price list on the website up to date?
Yes, all prices on our website are updated regularly and are always current.
Is advance booking required?
Definitely yes. During trade fair periods and on weekends, we have very high occupancy, so we recommend booking in advance.
Does online booking require immediate payment?
No. During online booking, you can choose the option to pay on-site upon arrival.
Does the given price apply per person or per room?
All prices listed on our website are for the rental of the entire room for a specified number of people.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Of course. Please state your request for an invoice before making the payment. Accommodation services are subject to an 8% VAT rate.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept VISA and Mastercard payments. We also handle BLIK transactions.
What if I don't arrive, but the accommodation has been paid for?
In case of no cancellation notice one day before the planned arrival, the paid amount is non-refundable.
Stay and Amenities
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We strive to be flexible whenever possible, subject to prior arrangement.
What if I plan to arrive before 1:00 PM?
Please inform us in advance. You can always leave your luggage with us safely. If the room is ready earlier, we will gladly make it available to you ahead of time.
Do I need to report a very late arrival (after 9:00 PM)?
Yes. Our reception is open until 9:00 PM. A later arrival is possible after the reservation has been paid for in advance. In such cases, we will send you a code for self-entry into the building.
Is the facility locked at night?
Each guest receives keys and a magnetic fob, allowing for free entry and exit from the building 24/7.
Does every room have a private bathroom?
Yes, all our standard rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and a set of towels. 'Economy' type rooms have access to a shared bathroom in the hallway.
Are bed linen and towels provided in the rooms?
Of course. Each room is equipped with a set of fresh bed linen and bath towels for every guest.
Is smoking allowed in the facility?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and throughout the entire facility. There are designated smoking areas outside the building.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, no. Although we love animals, for the comfort and potential allergies of other guests, we do not accept stays with pets.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
We do not provide catering services. However, there are several grocery stores (Biedronka, Żabka), restaurants, and bakeries in the immediate vicinity.
Transport and Location
Is there parking available at the facility?
Yes, we have a private, gated parking area for our guests, which is free of charge. It is also possible to park delivery vans.
How to get here from the main train/bus station?
From the main station, you can take tram line 18 (direction: Ogrody, get off at 'Żeromskiego' stop) or bus line 159 (direction: Port Lotniczy Ławica, get off at 'Grodziska' stop). The journey takes about 10-15 minutes.
What is the distance to the city center and the Old Market Square?
Our facility is located about 10-15 minutes by tram from the city center. Thanks to our convenient location, the commute is very simple and fast.
Is the facility close to the clinical hospitals?
Yes, we are located in the immediate vicinity of key hospitals on Szamarzewskiego, Przybyszewskiego, and Polna streets. Most of them can be reached on foot in a few or several minutes.
